The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment is separate from the shipping transit time.

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and delivered with in 5-7 business days.

  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will begin processing the following business day.

  • High Volume Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or major sales), processing times may be extended. We will announce any expected delays on our website.

 

3. Domestic Shipping (Within [Your Primary Country/Region])

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders .

  • Carriers: We primarily ship through reliable carriers such as Specify Carriers,  FedEx, Blue Dart.

 

4. International Shipping

CrystalLux studio  currently ships to USA Canada.

  • Shipping Time: International transit times vary greatly depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Estimates typically range from 7 to 21 business days after processing.

  • Cost: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination country.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)

  • CrystalLux studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • We advise international customers to check their local customs office regarding any potential additional charges before placing an order.

 

5. Tracking and Confirmation

  • Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Order Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress directly on the carrier's website.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions and Limitations

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but only via Standard Shipping methods, as required by carrier policy. Expedited services may not be available.

  • Non-Delivery/Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original and re-shipment costs.

 

7. Damages, Loss, or Theft

  • CrystalLux studio  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Shaikhsarim2642@gmail.com. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • For packages marked as delivered but not received (Theft/Loss After Delivery), please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a case.
