Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of CrystalLux studio pearl beats and craft supplies. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You must contact us to report any issues and initiate a return request within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item: Returns are primarily accepted only for items that are received damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was shipped (i.e., not the colour or type ordered).

Original Condition: The item must be unused, unstrung, uncut, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective wrapping, tags, and the original invoice.

Proof of Damage (Mandatory): For all claims of damage or defects, you must provide clear photographs and an uncut, full video of the package being opened (unboxing video) to support your claim. Claims without this evidence may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items:

Any item returned after the 3-day eligibility period.

Items that have been used, cut, unstrung, or altered in any way.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
3. Return Process

Initiate Request: Contact our Customer Service team immediately by emailing Shaikhsarim2642@gmail.com or calling 6351542890 within 3 days of delivery.

Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a clear reason for the return, and attach the required photographs and unboxing video showing the issue.

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how to proceed.

Reverse Pickup/Shipping:

For genuinely damaged or incorrect items, we will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup at our cost.

4. Refunds and Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Check team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

Replacement: If an exact replacement product is available, we will ship it to you at no additional cost and Replacement will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.

Refund (If Replacement is Unavailable or Preferred):

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10business days after the return is approved.

Prepaid Orders (Card/Net Banking/UPI): The refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by you.

Deductions: Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order only if it has NOT yet been processed or shipped. We recommend requesting cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order.

Refund for Cancellation: If the order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
